Chief Client Officer

Kelly Beatty serves as chief client officer at FIS, where she oversees all client servicing, support, implementation and professional services functions for the enterprise to improve client satisfaction and engagement.

During her tenure at FIS, Kelly served as chief performance officer and head of global solutions, where she led the implementation of the company’s strategy, driving accountability for growth and operational efficiencies to achieve enterprise performance. Kelly has also served as head of FIS’ Payment Solutions business, as well as the chief transformation officer responsible for building out new capabilities for the enterprise.

Kelly has over 25 years of experience in the financial services sector. Prior to FIS, she served as senior vice president and general manager of merchant solutions for financial institutions at Worldpay, and she has also led large-scale conversions, merger/acquisition integrations, and strategic program and product implementations.

Kelly has served on the PayTech Women board and was president of the board in 2023. She is a founding member of the Women to Self-Sufficiency initiative of the Women’s Fund of The Greater Cincinnati Foundation and also established Cincinnati’s first Blessings in a Backpack program, which provides food to underprivileged children.

Kelly earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management, with a concentration in finance, from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
