Overview

Welcome to the FIS Information Security and Data Protection page, where you can access the FIS Information Security and Data Protection Statement (“Security Statement”) describing the Information Security and Data Protection policies, procedures and standards that FIS is committed to and the FIS Personal Data Processing Annex (“DPA”) setting out FIS’ obligations when processing personal data on your behalf. When referenced in your legal agreement with FIS for certain FIS software or services, this Security Statement and/or DPA forms an integral part of your agreement with FIS.

Unless otherwise agreed, the version of the Security Statement or DPA (as applicable) that applies to your agreement will either be the current version, as identified and accessible at the Current Version link on this page, or an archived, older version, which can either be accessed via the Archived Versions link on this page or can be obtained by contacting your usual FIS representative. For determining which, your agreement should specify the version of the Security Statement or DPA (as applicable) that applies to your agreement.
