Our Tutors

Front Arena training is delivered by a team of tutors who come from a variety of departments. The tutors are selected for their knowledge of the subject and their ability to train others. Tutors typically have several years of experience at FIS either with Consulting Services, Client Services, Product Management, Pre-Sales or Development.

Our goal is always to offer the best tutor for the job. Nobody, however, can know the answer to every question, and we work hard to ensure that internal communications function well, so that a tutor who cannot answer a question raised by a participant has easy access to someone who can.

Before training clients, tutors deliver courses internally. When the appropriate standard has been reached, they are able to deliver courses to clients. Feedback collected at the end of each course helps us to work both with the content of our courses and our tutors in order to continually improve quality.
